Born in Indianapolis, BIGBIGcar began as the musical trainwreck of David "Moose" Adamson, Jeffrey "J2K" Costello, "Project" Pat "Ostry" Okerson, and Greg Hansberry. It has developed into what it is from the shrapnel of fellow Indianapolis bands Gran' Poupa and Archer Avenue -- as well as the legendary producer/mixer/masterer Tyler Watkins assisting with the recordings. Fat Bird Studios, Marywood Studios, and Tyler's Studio in Anderson are the reason these songs are here today, as they have been recorded at these places sporadically from June to December of 2004. After some shows, members pinpointed a gaping hole in their live sound and quickly filled it with the steady THONK! of a Guini cowbell and the slicing razor of a 1980's piece-of-shit keyboard played by world renowned synth-wiz, Peecan. All members of BIGBIGcar are twenty-something know-it-alls that are fond of hyphens and theivery. Guins placed first in cowbell regionals and will battle anyone, anytime (cowbell battles only). Mercury. Carbon. Graphite. Linoleum! Science!!!
